Registration

Please read this letter carefully and send in the registration card, Cheque and proof of age (if required) immediately in order to reserve your place for the upcoming season. Players are placed in the divisions as set out in the Constitution unless noted on the registration card. If you need to be placed with someone else, make sure that you write this on the back of the card.

We accept Cheques, Money Orders and Cash. Please call (905) 984-5434 if other arrangements must be made.

Last Year’s Players - (Learn to Play - Midget)
Deadline for last years players to assure them a spot on a team is March 31, 2010. This date will be used for

the team placement following the guidelines set down in the Constitution, as well as deciding when a particular

division is full. After March 31st, it becomes first come, first serve with any registrations. For Registration Packages

New Players - (Learn to Play - Midget)
Registration cards may be returned at any time, but will not be dated before March 31st, 2010 as last years’ players

have this time to register first. A copy of proof of age must accompany any registration along with a proper

registration card. If you do not have a card, please call the Registrar and ask for one. Please do not mail

Ladies Division - (19 & older as of January 1, 2010)
Register immediately! Ladies are placed on teams as follows. Last years players must register by Feb 28^th. New

players will be placed on teams after that date as requested or in order to fill teams. Ladies are automatically

placed on last years’ team unless requested otherwise. Any changes from team to team, followed by those on leave

of absence, are added before new players, as long as they are registered by March 31st, 2010 If registration dictates,

teams are amalgamated on April 1st, 2010 Any players wishing to form a new team must be registered by March 31st,

and have advised the Registrar of their request by this date. For registration packages or extra cards please call

Any conflicts will be decided by the received date stamped on the player’s registration card. Avoid disappointment and register early! Only One Registration per card.
