Eligibility

1. Bursaries are available for up to two female applicants who have played, coached, and/or umpired a minimum of three years with the St. Catharines Ladies Softball League and who are currently active in the League and in good standing.

2. Applicants must be graduates of a Niagara Region Secondary School and must have been accepted by a post-secondary institution.

3. Applicants must have exhibited outstanding qualities of leadership and ability through participation in school and community organizations.

4. Applicants not planning to attend an institution in Canada must submit an explanatory letter.

General Information

1. Submit the following by September 30^th of the current year:

The attached application form:

A three hundred (300) word essay outlining your accomplishments and future goals must be included with application.

A copy of an official transcript or similar document must also be submitted.

2. The Bursary Committee of the St.Catharines Ladies Softball League will make the final decision on recipient(s) by November 30^th of the current year and awards will be presented.
